Where the other half live...

The Millionplus philosophy adopts a unique approach that sets it apart from other real estate websites. A property listing on millionplus.com.au is completely FREE – like the best things in life.

Currently we have 2,220 luxury property properties featured on the site and many more on the way. We also have more than 1000 Agents and Property Developers showcasing their properties for sale on Millionplus.com.au.

What is interesting is that we also have several listings that will not appear on any other property websites. In our conversations with boutique agencies across the country we have discover a very interesting fact.

There are many boutique agents and who sell a handful of high end properties every year and do not want to commit to yearly subscriptions in order to showcase their property as there may be times when they don't have property for sale and must continue to pay their subscription fee.

Millionplus offers these agents the ability to showcase property directly to their target audience as and when they need it for FREE.

In addition they can further expose feature property with Banner advertising either in the suburb where the property is for sale or the suburbs where the prospective purchasers are being drawn from.

  2. Congratulations - Millionplus looks like the perfect place to find Australia's greatest homes. I can't believe how many houses for "the other half" there are!

    The major sites are completely over-crowded and they look cheap. People don't go to Kmart to buy prestige because it has no style. Millionplus is now the stylish alternative.

    I could spend hours browsing all the brilliant photos of stunning houses that you have. I don't know how you did it, but it looks like have persuaded every single owner of a million-dollar home for sale to put it on Millionplus.com.au.

  3. Thanks John - Millionplus is the perfect place to find or simply browse Australia's finest properties.

    How we did it - the agents have embraced our site and encouraged their vendors to come on board. Similarly the vendors have requested that their agents list their properties on Millionplus.com.au

    In fact we have had some vendors call us and request a recommendation of an agent that already lists on Millionplus to ensure that their property is listed.
